Junior accountant

As a Junior Accountant at Antwerp Management School (AMS), you play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate financial administration within one of the world’s leading management schools.

In this varied position, you will contribute to our daily accounting processes and support our financial team in both operational and analytical tasks. Your responsibilities include:

• Process and book purchase invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Book bank transactions and ensure all financial flows are correctly recorded.
• Register teachers' fees using SD software.
• Prepare and process outgoing invoices.
• Perform various general ledger bookings to support correct financial reporting.
• Assist in preparing and submitting VAT returns, Intrastat declarations, and Intercommunity (IC) reports. xqknzec
• Support the team during quarterly and year-end closings in accordance with BE GAAP.
